Shipping policy

Processing Times: Standard orders (like the Pet Hospital Travel Edition) are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email tracking link once shipped.

Shipping Rates: In alignment with our store defaults, we utilize a transparent Flat Rate Shipping fee calculated instantly at checkout depending on the customer's delivery destination.

Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for entering the correct delivery details. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and additional re-routing fees will apply.

Pre-Orders ("Coming Soon"): If your order includes an upcoming item (such as the Safari Edition), the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is in stock, unless items are purchased separately.
