We want your family, clinic, or school to completely love the Pet Hospital Game! If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return path:

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the carrier delivery date to request a return or exchange.

• Condition Criteria: To qualify for a full refund, items must be completely unopened, unplayed, and in their original factory shrink-wrap packaging.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Damaged Items: If your game box or cards arrive damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will issue a free replacement immediately.
